The Fulbright-Nehru Master’s Fellowships are intended for brilliant Indian students who wish to pursue a master’s degree program in the fields of Environmental Science/Studies, Arts and Culture Management, Conservation and Museum Studies ; and others at selected U.S. colleges and universities.

These fellowships are for highly motivated pupil who have shown leadership skills, have earned the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in the United States, have at least three years of professional work experience, and are committed to returning to their communities and contributing to them. Fellowships range from one to two years in duration.

Fields of Study (Environmental Science/Studies): The study of the environment in all its complexities. Sub-specialties include: environmental toxicology, natural resource management, pollution prevention, environmental law, environmental engineering and environmental policy analysis, among others.
